Health Emergency Declared

The City of Humphrey has declared a City Health Emergency in an effort to slow the spread of respiratory infections. Following the recommendations of the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Service and the Center for Disease Control all public gatherings will be limited to groups of ten people or less. This will include gatherings at local bars and restaurants. The Humphrey Community Center will be closed beginning March 19, 2020 and the Humphrey Library will be closed beginning March 17, 2020 until further notice. The Health Emergency shall begin immediately and remain in effect for eight weeks. Reevaluation of the Health Emergency shall be made every two weeks. We ask all businesses to self enforce these restrictions.
